Efficient Power Deployment
Problem free installation and dedicated on-going support are key elements of any successful project. At PowerOasis we take the deployment elements of our solution very seriously.
Once the solution modelling and specification phases have been completed, our Professional Services team can be engaged to ensure smooth transition to successful implementation and trouble-free operation.
The deployment stages of the Professional Services Engagement Model include all the activities required to install and commission a PowerOasis solution and to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Installation and Commissioning
To ensure a successful site launch the PowerOasis team follow established, methodical working practices conforming to the Prince2 project management methodology. By itemising and managing every detail we can manage the operator’s expectations and deal with any unforeseeable issues with the utmost levels efficiency.
PowerOasis certifies its partners to undertake installation and commissioning work, with PowerOasis personnel providing on-site expert knowledge during initial deployments.
Training can be provided for operator personnel to undertake day-to-day operations and maintenance. Alternatively, an operator may choose to place a managed services contract with one of our partners or your own preferred supplier.
Support and Maintenance
PowerOasis has established an ongoing support and maintenance model for our telco operator clients, which is underpinned by a service level agreement.
First and second tier support is typically provided via local and experienced partners whilst third tier support is provided by our own in-house experts.
