Strategy: involves discovery and the setting of expectations as to
what is achievable for telecoms networks with micropower renewables.
Scoping: includes defining the customer priorities, site selection,
site renewables modeling and specification, civil work identification and detailed
return-on-investment analysis.
Design: includes specifying designs for renewables, storage devices,
power control, cabins and civil works, implementation planning, commercial and procurement
planning, defining any training requirement.
Implementation: PowerOasis can also provide support through the Build
phase of the project overseeing site civil engineering, renewables and storage installation,
supervisory system controller installation, testing and site commissioning.
Transition: ensures that the operator in is a position to take on
the operation of the renewables and able to management them effectively. This
includes training, support manuals and procedures, disaster recovery planning and
system administration procedures.
Assurance: covers the ongoing support and maintenance of the renewable
power elements of the network once installed.
