Andrew Keen Joins PowerOasis to Lead Global Growth
PowerOasis, the recognized global leader in network power management solutions that addresses one of the top three OPEX costs faced by mobile telephone operators’ - power - today announced the appointment of Andrew Keen as Chief Operations Officer. Keen joins PowerOasis from Actix where he was responsible for global operations.
Prior to joining PowerOasis, Keen was Corporate Development Officer and deputy CEO at Actix where he lead the turn-around of the company and execution of its strategic plan for enterprise solutions including its first major solution sale. Previously, he held senior positions at Amdocs, a major company in the telecoms BSS / OSS space, where he established global sales operations before leading the sales transformation programmes. At Amdocs, Keen was a key member of their mergers and acquisitions team that acquired Cramer in 2006 and led post-merger integration of a number of other acquisitions including Clarify. At Nortel and Siemens, he was instrumental in developing their solutions businesses and establishing their enterprise professional services operations. Keen has an extensive background in application software and product development having also worked for Digital both in the UK and France.
