Network Operations Centre

PowerOasis Manager is a network power management tool which provides operational and business support to the telecoms operator.

PowerOasis Manager is typically installed in the customer’s data centre and accessed via a ubiquitous web interface from the Network Operations Centre or Operations and Maintenance Centre. Alternatively, PowerOasis can host the server in its secure cloud if required.

PowerOasis Manager communicates with a PowerOasis SmartHub installed on a base station site using cellular or satellite modems or the existing site backhaul transmission network. The site can operate autonomously if communication is lost and when it is recovered all data is sent to the central server.

The PowerOasis Manager manages the power at a network level, regional and site alarms, reporting on power performance and enabling fault resolution.  Immediate alarms alert the operator to fuel theft or power outages.

The system generates hourly, daily, weekly and monthly power performance reports, tracking the Key Performance Indicators.  In addition, the predictive reports & trend analysis enable the scheduling of preventative maintenance.

The overall system is easy to use, reduces site power outages and lowers the power operation maintenance costs.
